For the past 10 years, visits to the IDS in Cologne have been a fixed event for mt-g. As in 2019, we will also be an exhibitor at the trade show this year. From March 14–18, we will present our portfolio of specialist language services at Booth L-051 in Hall 10.2. Our visitors can expect a wealth of information ranging from translations, international SEO, audio-video translations, regulatory labelling to MDR adjustments.
A brief overview of the IDS
The IDS – the International Dental Show – is the world’s leading show for the dental industry and takes place in Cologne every two years. Since its foundation in 1923, the IDS has become an important meeting place for the dental community and it is celebrating its 100th anniversary and 40th edition this year. In 2023, the 180,000 m2 space will host around 2,000 exhibitors from 65 countries presenting products, new technologies, and services focused on dentistry and dental technology. The dental trade show in Cologne is expecting around 160,000 visitors coming from all over the globe.

mt-g is triple certified, including according to ISO 9001, and can also carry out translations as per ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 if requested.

For a successful trade show appearance, the booth also plays a key role – and this year we are heading to the IDS with a brand new designed booth. Our experts will be ready at our around 20 m2 booth to welcome customers and interested parties and provide them with information about our language services for the dental industry.
The topic of sustainability is also the focus of our booth and attendance at the IDS. In this respect, we have reduced the share of printed materials to a minimum and are making increasing use of tablets to present our language services. This offers a further benefit: just one click and the colleagues there have all the information at their fingertips. When using printed materials, we make sure to use an eco-friendly printing process, for example with recycled paper and eco-friendly inks. Even our printing company itself is “green”. Use of solar power, recycling of waste heat from the printing machines to minimize the heating requirements, or alcohol-free inks are just a few of the sustainable measures.
