Ihre Aufgaben:
- proaktive, professionelle Kundenkommunikation (Neukunden- und Bestandskundenpflege, Kundenberatung) via Meeting Tools und Telefon
- Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer ergänzenden Sprachdienstleistungen in der Medizin- und Pharmaziebranche
- Annahme von Projektanfragen, Ermittlung der Kundenanforderungen, Prüfung auf Machbarkeit
- Angebotserstellung und -nachverfolgung
- Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Nachbereitung zur Rechnungsstellung
- Koordination der externen und internen Ressourcen
- Überwachung und Einhaltung der Projekttermine
Ihr Profil:
- Positive Ausstrahlung, fröhlich, kontaktfreudig
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Souveräne Gesprächsführung am Telefon, in Online Meetings sowie im Außendienst
- Berufserfahrung in der Sprachdienstleistungsbranche
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten (MS-Office, CRM-Tools) und den gängigen CAT-/MÜ-Systemen bzw. KI-Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift (eine weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
- Ziel- und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Multitasking und Teamfähigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Als Teamleitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams und sind verantwortlich für alle organisatorischen und administrativen Belange des Teams sowie dessen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg gemäß Unternehmenszielen.
- Als Teamleitung sind Sie unser Gesicht nach außen und repräsentieren Ihr Team und das Unternehmen (z. B. Meetings, Messebesuche, Kundenbesuche). Der professionelle Umgang mit Kunden ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie führen regelmäßig Mitarbeitergespräche und Teambesprechungen durch, setzen dafür die richtigen Moderationstechniken ein und verfolgen Maßnahmen und Ziele.
- Als Teamleitung sind Sie beratend tätig, unterstützen ihr Team und klären inhaltliche sowie methodische Fragen.
- Sie sind dafür zuständig, dass Ihr Team die erforderlichen Ressourcen erhält und sind für die fortlaufende Mitarbeiterqualifizierung verantwortlich.
- Sie organisieren die Arbeitsabläufe und entwickeln diese weiter, überwachen das Budget und sind für die Einhaltung von Arbeitsanweisungen verantwortlich.

Ihr Profil:
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Berufserfahrung als Teamleitung in der Sprachdienstleistungsbranche
- Bestenfalls abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften und/oder Management, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
