I really enjoy working on such a self-organized team. We can bring in our own ideas and design processes. The good communication culture at mt-g helps immensely.
Linda Fuchs Team Leader
At mt-g, I am able to work with nice people who I can trust from many countries. This open and tolerant working atmosphere is important to me in my work. It is also what allows us to be successful as a company.
Peter Waldmann Editor
As human resources assistant, my focus is on the concerns of all staff members. One of my greatest delights is as a trainer. Every day, I'm surprised by diverse, exciting challenges and not just dull administrative routine. I also like how quickly decisions are made here thanks to the flat hierarchy.
